Roseanne Barr and John Goodman were in studio to plug the show. Howard and Robin both saw the first episode of this show and said it was really good. They said the ratings were really high, too. A few months later, after Roseanne got fired for her racist remarks, Howard says the idea of the show The Connors is ridiculous. How can you have the Roseanne show without Roseanne?
